Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our dedicated Supported Independent Living (SIL) team is all about offering a safe living environment and assisting participants in leading an autonomous life. 24hr support is available including overnight care.
Personal Care/Household Tasks
We provide support to participants with personal care needs, helping them maintain personal hygiene and assisting with daily household chores to make independent day-to-day living achievable.
Complex Care
We offer specialised complex care to those with health conditions needing high level support. DCSS will hand pick appropriately skilled Support Workers or Registered Nurses to collaborate with your Care Team to provide a roster of care that accommodates your needs.
Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
Dynamic Care & Support Services will work with your Behaviour Support Coordinator to help you reach the goals in your Behaviour Support Plan using innovative resources to assist in creating a positive change for yourself and your social environment.
Assistance with Travel/Transportation
Our team organizes smooth travel and transport solutions, allowing participants to navigate their community comfortably and with greater freedom and choice.
Community Participation
We actively engage participants in innovative community participation programs, promoting social inclusion and a sense of belonging. Our dedicated Support Workers can also assist in attending Group Activities.
Short & Medium Term Accommodation (STA)
Should you require emergency, temporary or short term accommodation, contact Dynamic Care & Support Services. We can respond quickly to your respite or accommodation needs with care services in your home or in temporary accommodation.
